The Conference and Library facilities at MPS House can be hired out for a number of events.

Conference Facilities
MPS House has a fully equipped conference room which can be used for a number of activities including board meetings, AGMs, and training days. The room can seat 60 delegates theatre-style, or 30 delegates boardroom-style. LCD projector, flip charts, video/DVD player are all available.

If you have a smaller meeting but would still like to take advantage of all our facilities, the conference room can be divided in half with a sound-proof dividing wall.

With prior notice we can arrange additional support services to facilitate your meeting. These can include:
- High-speed broadband internet access
- Black and white photocopying
- Meet and greet guests
- Taxi, car, airline tickets and hotel bookings
- Private & confidential business environment

The Library
The Library is open during normal office hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday by prior appointment. Individuals and small groups are welcome to use the library facilities for a small donation to the Society. High speed broadband internet access is available.

The Library houses a range of publications and resources on all aspects of rare, genetic diseases, lysosomal storage diseases, working in the voluntary sector and charity management. If you have a specific area of interest or enquiry please do contact us.

The library can also be used for small meetings for up to six delegates.
